The National School of Accountancy and Professional Development Institute is a private institution established April 2008. The Institution was incorporated August 30, 2010 under the Laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
This institution is headed by Natasha M. Adderley, a qualified, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with more than 12 years of experience.
Our aim at the National School of Accountancy and Professional Development is to empower others through education.
Our mission is to provide a specialty school to assist young professionals and college graduates to become Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and to provide professional development courses to assist others in their personal development and career advancement.
Our strategy to achieve this includes:
- Experienced Lecturers
- Small student/teacher ratio
- Individual attention
- Creating an conducive environment to learning
To this end, we are in the process of constructing a state of the art building to facilitate our classes. The facility will be located Ludlow Street off Montrose Avenue and is expected to be completed by end of the second quarter 2011. The facility carries a maximum of 12 students per class. We anticipate our clientele to range from ages 17 and older.
We strive to ensure our lesson plans are updated with the most up to date information. We have already included the 2011 changes to the CPA Uniform exam to our lesson plans to ensure our students are well prepared to sit and pass the exam.
